Tradeling relies largely on behavior-based interviewing to assess the knowledge and skills needed for most roles. In this style of interview, the interviewer asks for specific examples of how you have performed or responded in a particular situation or how you would handle a similar business problem in the future. Practice explaining professional experiences and challenges where you took actions to achieve a desired outcome. Consider any relevant skills, people, processes, timelines or regulations that would facilitate success in an applied role.
For technical skill positions, use sites such as LeetCode, Pramp, Github, Stackoverflow and HackerRank to take as many practice tests as you can. This will help prepare you for the technical coding assessment, as well as the technical interview process.

All Tradeling job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of our pre-employment screening and assessment process, which includes a reference check. Reference check is initiated post completion of all the interviews and typically before rolling out an offer.

However , on average , our hiring process typically takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the time you submit your application to the final decision. You will receive an offer letter. Upon accepting, we will work with you for your employment contract and pre-boarding formalities. We will help you with everything you need to get you ready for your first day tools, learning and more. You'll also be able to connect with our existing team members before joining.
Once you join, you'll have a welcome session. You'll learn a bit more about us, our values and the core of our business as of today.
Your manager and colleagues will guide you during these first weeks to learn everything you need and get up to speed.
